NGSS: Changes, Impacts, and Responses in K-12 and CSU

Educators from California State University (CSU) and the Oakland Unified School District (California) around the Next Generation Science Standards came together to participate in a discussion. Panelists focused on how the shifts in practice required of classroom teachers have led CSU teacher preparation programs to connect both engineering and literacy with their science coursework. This webinar, targeted to university faculty, district administrators, STEM coordinators, curriculum specialists, and instructional leaders, was co-hosted by the CSU Chancellor’s Office.This is a recording of a live webinar that will allows participants to interact with the presenters and other participants about this timely topic.
