Zero Robotics High School Competition

High School student teams of 5 – 20 practice writing code in a virtual environment that programs a satellite to complete specific movements and tasks in a virtual zero gravity environment. The codes they design will be used to complete a specific challenge in a specific time limit in competition with other High School teams throughout the US. Teams selected to compete in the final challenge will have an opportunity to attend the finals at MIT and watch the race broadcast live from the International Space Station! Tournament registration opened on January 18th with a deadline of September 5, 2014. The tournament launches on September 6, 2014 and culminates with the finals on the International Space Station on January 2015.
