Professional Development

Professional Development (PD) is critical to advancing quality STEM learning opportunities. However, PD is much more than training; coaching, mentoring and peer learning, on-site assessments, planning, and reflection are all important components of the PD process.  This section provides access to online and on-demand PD opportunities, pre-recorded web-based content, and links to virtual resources to build STEM content knowledge, and information on regional (in-person) PD opportunities.  While PD can always be beneficial, it is recommended that PD be included as a key component of a comprehensive and intentional STEM Program Plan.
