Teaching Science Through Citizen Science Workshop

The California Academy of Sciences is hosting two free one day workshops on: Teaching Science Through Citizen Science. Participants will learn effective strategies on how to integrate STEM-based learning into curriculum. The workshops sessions will be held on:
Session A: Wednesday, August 6 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Session B: Thursday, August 7 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Teachers from grades 6-12 are encourages to attend to hear about fostering science engagement in students and building strong foundations for partnerships with the scientific community.
