The National Center for Women and Information Technology (NCWIT) helps advocate for women participation in technology and computing professions. They recruit and help women advance from K-12 and higher education to industrial and professional careers pertaining to field in high deman. NCWIT reaches their goals through Learning Community, Evidence, and Action. In other words, creating an alliance member institution, providing research-based resources, and promoting programs and campaigns that empower women of all ages to achieve further success.
