2nd Annual California STEM Symposium

The California Department of Education is proud to announce the 2nd Annual California STEM Symposium, which is to be held on September 22 and 23, 2014 at the San Diego Convention Center. Educators, program facilitators, administrators, students, and representatives are invited to attend to learn effective strategies for integrating STEM education into curriculum. With a focus on supporting the education of women, girls, an dither underrepresented groups, the STEM Symposium will engage participants in STEM education and discuss how to increase participation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields. 

The STEM Symposium is also looking for presenters for the conference. Those interested in presenting need to submit a request for consideration by May 30, 2014. Click here to access the Call for Presenters form.
